Under Mr. DiNapoli's leadership, Systek has achieved 24 years of sustained growth from a small team of satellite engineers to a thriving business of over 220 employees with distinct core competencies in Systems Engineering, Program and Acquisition Management, Test and Evaluation, and Training Program Development and Instruction.

Senior Systems Engineer at CSC
1983 - 1990

During his tenure at CSC, Mr. DiNapoli performed as a Senior Systems Engineer supporting the development of both Strategic and Contingency DSCS control elements, and heavy and medium earth terminal upgrades. His responsibilities included preparation of technical specifications, work statements, and associated acquisition documentation. He provided technical expertise for source selection activities, led Interface Control Working Groups and prepared Interface Control Documents. He also led prototype and acceptance test efforts, and consulted with facility engineers and logisticians on the design, construction, operation, and sustainment of the DSCS Operations Centers. Additionally, he provided subject matter expertise in design and implementation of fault status monitoring and transponder lockup, avoidance, detection, and recovery algorithms and was responsible for quality assurance of all contract deliverables.
